Bingo

The first three and fifth Monday of every month | 12:30 PM

A fun and social way for older adults to connect with friends and the community. Participants enjoy exciting rounds of bingo with prizes, laughter, and friendly competition. The program fosters camaraderie, engagement, and a lively, welcoming atmosphere for all seniors.

Line Dancing

Alzheimer's Association Support Group

The second Monday of every month| 1:30 PM

Morning Fitness Class

Wednesdays and Fridays | 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Adult Morning Fitness Classes with Cindy Herak-Hardin provide a welcoming, energizing start to the day with a variety of exercises designed for all fitness levels. Participants can improve strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health through guided workouts led by experienced instructors. These classes also offer a great opportunity to stay active, motivated, and connected with others in the community. Call Cindy at (216)346-8909 for more information about exercise classes. No registration is required. The cost is $5.00 per class or pay-as-you-go.

Yoga

Our Adult Afternoon Yoga Classes offer a relaxing and rejuvenating way to unwind while improving flexibility, strength, and balance. Yoga with Manya is a 60-minute all-levels flow that emphasizes mindful movement and proper technique. These classes provide a peaceful environment to reduce stress, enhance wellness, and connect with a supportive community. $5 due at the start of class. MUST BRING YOUR MAT.

Free Walking Group

Tuesdays | 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Join the Free Walking Group, sponsored by University Hospital, for a healthy and social way to stay active. Participants of all fitness levels enjoy guided walks in a supportive, community-focused environment.
