Rental Information

The Richmond Heights Community Center is a welcoming and versatile gathering space available exclusively to Richmond Heights residents for private events, celebrations, and community functions. The facility features two rental halls designed to accommodate a variety of occasions. All reservations must be made by calling the Recreation Department at (216)383-6313.

In-person walkthroughs are Tuesdays 5:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., Saturdays 10:00 a.m.- 11:00 a.m. To schedule a walkthrough, call the Recreation Department at

Community Center Rooms for Rental

Large Hall/Senior Hall

The Large Hall (also known as the Senior Hall) comfortably holds up to 99 guests, making it ideal for parties, meetings, receptions, and community gatherings. The room is equipped with three flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and access to an outdoor patio, providing both comfort and flexibility for a wide range of events.

The hall includes 18 tables. 9 tables have 6 chairs, and 9 tables have 5 chairs. Tables and chairs are not to be removed or rearranged from the hall.

Small Hall/Kiwanis Hall

The Small Hall (also known as the Kiwanis Hall) is an inviting space, with a capacity of 60 guests. It is well-suited for intimate celebrations, meetings, and community gatherings. The hall features two flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and a convenient bar area with a sink, making it easy to support refreshments and light food service. The Small Hall also includes a small stage area, perfect for presentations, performances, or speakers. This cozy yet functional venue provides a comfortable setting for memorable resident events.

The hall includes 12 tables, all of which have 5 chairs. Tables and chairs are not to be removed or rearranged from the hall.

Kitchen

The Community Center Kitchen offers a well-equipped, functional space designed to support a wide range of events. It features an industrial oven, industrial refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine, providing all the essentials for preparing, storing, and serving food. Ample counter space and workspace make it easy for residents or caterers to organize meals and manage event flow efficiently. This convenient, practical kitchen is an excellent addition to any hall rental, ensuring your event runs smoothly from setup to cleanup.

All food must be removed from the kitchen at the end of the rental. All rentals include the use of the kitchen in the rental fee.
